  • Mr Steve and Ms Laura

    Steve and his wife Laura are the proud owners of the Goddard School in Chanhassen. Originally from Ohio, they moved to Minnesota in 2002. Steve has a degree in Education and English from St. Joseph's College in Indiana and is the on-site operator of the school. Laura graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, OH and is a sales manager for Nikon. They have many happy memories of the Goddard School as both owners and parents. Their son is a graduate of the Chanhassen Goddard School and they are thrilled to be a part of many more Goddard memories both past and yet to come!

    Ms. Kristin is the Operational Director for our school. She possesses a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Ms. Kristin's favorite activity to do with children is helping them learn something new. In her free time Ms. Kristin likes spending time with her husband and two children. They enjoy going to their family cabin, fishing and MN Wild games. Ms. Kristin's favorite children’s book is “Brown Bear, Brown Bear, What Do You See?”.

The kids think it's so fun and it makes her happy to know they enjoy it! In her free time Ms. Ashley enjoys spending time with her girls, Emma and Ellie. She will take the cots, tables and chairs outside on one of the days. The children have a blast using sponges, shaving cream and soapy water to help clean everything! In her free time Ms. Asma enjoys reading books, going on walks and listening to books while walking. Her favorite children’s book is “The Gruffalo”.

She is currently working on her master’s degree in special education from Hamline University while working in the Wayzata School District.     Ms. Ellie is a teacher in the Dolphins Bay (Preschool) classroom. Ms. Ellie's favorite activity to do with the children is reading/singing silly books and songs. She also enjoys helping children learn new things that will help them be successful in the future. In her free time Ms. Ellie enjoys spending time with friends and family.     Ms. Leah is a teacher in the Starfish Reef (Toddler) classroom. Ms. Leah's favorite activity to do with the children is anything arts and crafts related. Getting the opportunity to be creative is something she'll never pass up! One of her favorite activities to do is "Our Classroom Art Gallery" where the kids get to see their artwork displayed. In her free time Ms. Leah enjoys spending time with her dog, Remy, shopping at T.J. Maxx or Marshalls, and catching up on sleep! Ms. Leah's favorite children’s book growing up was “There's a Wocket in My pocket” and her favorite children's book to read as a teacher is "Toad on the Road".

    Ms. Marley is a teacher in the Starfish Reef (Toddler) classroom. Ms. Marley's favorite activity to do with the children is making crafts with them, especially if it involves their feet or hands. She loves making silly animals out of them and thinks it's a cute and funny keepsake! In her free time Ms. Marley enjoys spending time with her friends and cats.
